Academic Writing

Hello, I am writing a project proposal. It is connected with image processing. My code works, I have some results. But i need someone to write my text. My first step is to download images from [login to view URL] - "zemno pokritie" tab. Now i need the text for making rgb to greyscale, in competition with principal component analysis. I need 3 pages in BULGARIAN about these algorithms, the maths included, no images for example. I need original text or if you use some articles cite them in some way /i need the article too, i suppose you are going to work with the free ones/. If i like the work a whole chain is here to be described and about 100-200 pages are going to be needed. I am sorry writing in english but other way the project could be stopped. I do not pay in advance. So, now i am looking for your bids! Ivanina
