I have been working in Admin/Customer Service for 10 years and data entry has been the main aspect of the jobs that l have had.
For the last 5 years l have been managing a Customer Service department that does 65 million per year. Data entry is the major component of this job and as a manager l understand the importance of being quick but more importantly accurate with the data entry.
The programs l have used - Front Desk, Microsoft Office (Intermediate in Excel, Word, Access & Power Point), AS400 system, CRM - Sugar, Internet purchasing system - This system was for customers and employees. I had to maintain and upload all images and text. Some experience with V-look Ups, Advance skills in mail out and mail merges. Also had to complete internet research on products and other companies.
