Maintains records of orders and inventory and follows up with supplier’s delivery and installation. Requires strong verbal communication, organizational and time management skills. Responsibilities may include screening calls; managing calendars; making travel plan, meeting and event arrangements; preparing [login to view URL] extensive software skills and Internet research abilities, flexibility, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors.
