I'm an avid reader with a solid grasp of how to help with flow and content development, as well as a firm grasp of both grammar and spelling. I can read quickly, provide feedback on the areas that you are concerned with, as well as address any errors that appear within the story. Changes would be made based on context, and errors found in dialogue will be noted and cleared in case the misspelling is intentional for the purposes of creating a dialect within the text. I prefer to use Microsoft Word or OpenOffice track changes, though I am unopposed to other methods of editing. I make myself as available as necessary to my clients. I am often on Freelancer and respond promptly to my clients. I do work full-time, however my job affords me a lot of downtime, during which I do freelance work. If I were chosen for this project I would not seek other projects until this one has been completed. I'm listing 10 days as the turn-around time, however this is likely an over-estimate. I have taken college classes in Creative Writing and spent several years as an active writer of everything from poetry to short stories to multi-chapter fiction. I am also something of a bibliophile, which has given me an acute sense of proper grammar, punctuation and spelling I would be more than happy to apply to whatever works you provide for editing. While I generally charge $10 per 500 words for this sort of job, I am willing to negotiate a rate of pay so that you don't feel you are being taken advantage of and I believe I am getting proper compensation for my work. Should you choose to hire me for this project, I will first perform a full read through of the project to determine the level of difficulty the project will entail, then I will consult you on any segments that I find confusing or in need of clarification within the text. Then I will perform a secondary read through, red-lining for spelling, and repeat read-throughs for grammar and punctuation.
