Design PCB from Schematic for Manufacturing

Generating new footprints for new parts if not included in library, it is always the major challenge in any new PCB layout. If all parts are well defined and the responsability for parts accuracy is deferred to project owner or library source, then PCB layout can proceed to optimize in size target with minimal delay. My hope is that the project owner realizes that PCB cost is related to size and layer count, and there is always a compromise on time to layout and layer count. Not having prior knowledge of part count and smallest pitch and pads is a challenge to recommend optimal layer count. In summary, if chosen I would do my best to deliver optimal solution for optimal lowest production cost. First milestone footprint for new part 1 day, 2nd milestone layout in Altium designer and export STEP files and 3D VIEW files along with Gerber files expected at least 3 to 5 days depending on board complexity. 3rd milestone production and BOM prints 1 or 2 days depending on number of parts and supplier numbers.
