I have 14 years engineering experience with: 1- High current high precision power inverters and converts DC-DC, DC-AC, AC-AC & AC-DC. 2- Power interfacing and power control using IGBTs, thyristors and high current passive and active components. 3- I have several intellectual property achievements including 3 PCT applications WO2006010973, WO/2006/120497 & WO2006079874, an EPO application 05753684.9 and I have a US patent 7480169.

I have designed professionally DC-DC converters, so I am fully familiar with the needs for this project, and I have all the technology options available for you. We would need to review the specifications (which I have looked at) to make sure there is common understanding of your needs. Then we can review the preliminary design based on ideal components, and then look at the SPICE simulation. I would deliver the SPICE file based on ideal components. For this kind of design, the kinds of components used are very important for a successful end-result. We would review the components recommend for layout as well as the expected power consumption and efficiency. Then we would review the simulation. And then we would review the layout. Finally, the final design would be available for review. I would then incorporate reasonable adjustments to provide your final design!
