ASP SQL modification

I need this ASP query to pull from the database [login to view URL] and pull the table employee and activity. I need a left inner join of employees and activity such that the output below 1) Does not repeat 2) [login to view URL] will only pull the latest date 3) Do not use views Please note I need it all under 1 SQL statement without the use of a views or stored queries in the database. I am able to do this using a view already. I need a version where it doesn't use a view. This needs to be in ASP.
