Algo Trading Tools and Exchange Interfaces

We are looking for a motivated programmer with experience in Automated Trading Tools (Algo Trading / High Frequency Tarding) and interfaces for European Stock and Future Exchanges. You should have experience with creating fast Trade Applications to quote Stocks, Options, etc plus knowledge in the interface to the exchange directly or to a broker via FIX. Knowledge in FIX, ETS/EBS (Eurex, Xetra) and/or Values API (Xetra/Eurex) will be needed. First project would be a simple spread trading tool that will be based on a fix protocol. you would have to be able to program the fix api and set a trading application on top of it which will allow us to trade 2 different symbols against each other. to start all we want is a simple offset rule. so if symbol 1 trades at a price of 50,10-50,70 euro we would like you to quote symbol to with an offset of e.g. 50 cent and quote symbol 2 at 59,60 - 51,20. this is one simple example and it will get a bit deeper as we need to automatically fill symbol1 as soon as symbol 2 gets a fill and vice versa. so actually a simple spread trader with "normal" functionalities. if we see this works fine and is programmed in a good quality then we would like to start a mid to long term relationship on developing multiple trade applications.
