Create a blog theme

I have this new blog [login to view URL] what you need to do is create a new logo, and theme for the blog, the blog will be a personal blog, but i know a little about technology, so if i find something interesting on the web, i will post in on my my blog. You can see some existing themes that the this blog service has here, [login to view URL] but i need a custom made blog theme, it would need to have its own css, and custom coded. you can read about how to do that here [login to view URL] I want to make the theme that you would create available to everyone on the themes page, with my name at the bottom of it, so others can also download this theme, and when they click on the footer with my name, it would bring them to my blog. So you need to create a theme for my blog, but also make it available on the themes page of this blog service. you would create one theme which i would use for my blog as well as make it available to everyone else, but i also need a custom logo for my blog, and this bid includes that too. I would also want to use the background of this theme for a [login to view URL] page, so you have to make some changes to that, so i can use it as background.
