Create proxy for my computer

Greetings from the United States ! I need someone to create a proxy so that it will appear that my computer is located outside the U.S. I need the proxy so that I can access one link on ZuluTrade.com. Apparently there is a federal regulation prohibiting U.S. computers from accessing this link, and hence it is not working on my computer. Click on the "Performance" tab on the home page, then click on the tab "Follower Performance" located two lines below the Performance tab. That is the tab that I need access to. I have read a bit about proxies, and it would appear that there are a number of ways to create them. I don't care which type you create for me. I just want an easy way to access "Follower Performance" that will preferably be free for me. I do not wish to pay a lot of money for this so I will be looking for the lowest bid that meets my criteria: easy access and free. In return, I can hopefully create repeat business for you. I'm estimating that there are 500-1,000 U.S. users of [login to view URL] that would wish to access this link. I can submit a post on the ZuluTrade blog with your contact information plus I would submit a request to their customer support with your information as well. It is in the interest of ZT that their U.S. customers can access this link, so I'm guessing that they might be willing to provide your contact information to U.S. users. I would also include my email address so that they could contact me for my recommendation of your services. Thank you for taking time to bid on my project!
