Development of a "Dashboard" or similar type of graphical representation of an excel data dump.

Development of a "Dashboard" or similar type of graphical representation of an excel data dump in which will enable me to copy future excel data into it from the same query results in the future. I need any new data added to adjust the graphs by changing the month in a drop down menu or the likes. I will also need a YTD for all source code entered and the ability to choose or change the graphs easily from monthly choices and YTD figures. The ability to enter a date for a particular date / data range would be ideal not essential. First Trial sheet /monthly data sheet is approx. 20 columns by 2171 rows of data going forward this dump will change the number of rows obviously depending on reference number numbers ie column A. I envisage this is done in an excel master sheet however, if someone suggests another app ie eg Roambi, BI or similar etc and I can upload the same source easily somewhere (instructions will be required before approval), I am more than happy to give that a go or pay successful applicant a monthly $ figure to update if it is of outstanding quality. * I require graphs and or tables pending what way you think shows trends and or displays information the best for analyzing changes and trends in the data to enable business decisions to be made * I need recommendations, i.e. no preferred requirement for axis table details etc. or ranges of sets * You may present as many graphs and or tables required that will answer a set of my fundamental requirements listed below as a minimum; *The UTM Referred and the % of Status i.e. C v G column based on the Status type drop down which is a set of 4 defined data set of answers in the same format (column G) * What is the % number of this status column and the difference between Client Referral v UTM Referrer detail columns C & B *Referral v UTM Referrer and avg Quoted Fee (column E), as well as comparing to Actual Fee (F) *Timing / Turn arounds times Online Quote Data date (Column H) and length of time to All other date column formats i.e. time between H and J, J and L etc etc. Trend in hours between I and J K and L and if in the K no answer the variance in this set Total No of Reference Numbers’ Vs Status type i.e. Converted 300-2171 and the percentage of that status for all status's in (g) Total and Avg + any trends in Trend in status (g) v the online fee Total notes and % of status compared to the first sales call phone notes shown as part match because of the open range of varying data entered. I need to find keywords from what is entered as it is written notes by freehand (this may not be possible and or definitely happy for suggestions to present this) i.e. you will find duplicates within the *Does the timing of the first sales call data and time compared to the quote entered into my crm make a difference to the “status” of said reference numbers, i.e. and compare that to the first admin note and status etc quote sent change or effect conversion rate. * Avg converted “status" ie column G) compared to first online quote date ( h v r) % v time blocks i.e. within 1 hour = x percentage of the “status" (G) *As above for other “status” entries 4 max I need someone who can see the data set example and understand I would like to determine what it tells me to enable me to make decisions to improve the conversion of my online quotes based on a number of those columns, fields and change processes I have in place.
