create reports from exported spread sheets

I use thundertix for event sales and ticket inventory management for tours. I am able to export spreadsheets that have information about my sales and clients, but the format that they are exported in is not very usable to me. I need the information to be consolidated into specific reports. I am going to include an example of the spreadsheet that I get from thundertix and another couple of spreadsheets that we use with google docs that is much closer to the type of reporting that we need. In broad terms, I need a report for each individual trip that we do that shows name of passenger, their email, gender, occupancy type, survey responses amount paid, special notes, etc. All this information is present in the spreadsheet that I can export from them, but it is not in a format that I need. I cannot get a report for each trip (and trip date), I cannot get a report that shows total sales by a particular agent, total sales at a particular location. I need to be able to upload these spreadsheets to a database that recognizes new entries (doesn't duplicate) and organizes and updates the information of the custom reports. I included an example of the trip reports from previous system we used. This shows what the reports for the various trips should look like (though there would be more field, such as for email). I didn't include here the master spreadsheet that we use to keep track of sales over time, but I would want these individual trip reports to be compiled in an on going tracking of sales over time for each trip, by school, by agent and other parameters.
