Advanced Flash Introduction

We are currently looking for an advanced flash designer which is capable of designing a pre loader exactly like the one on [login to view URL] This pre-loader is on the second page right after the introduction. It uses white stripes and fills up a rectangular window which then loads another scene with an alien submarine floating to the surface. All I need is everything before the water and alien ships. Just the logo to be replaced with another, and white the white stripes to fill up the rectangle and ready to load the next scene. Nothing more nothing less.
