Booklet - Format and Layout Check

I have a 20-page file in Microsoft Publisher, which needs to be checked to ensure that the formatting and layout is correct and professional looking. For example, that the text is aligned, that the tables are aligned, that the pictures are in the right place, etc. Each page is 11 inches x 17 inches. The content and graphical concept are completed so these do not need to be reviewed, but it is just the formatting I need help with to ensure that the file looks professionally finished. I need detailed, high quality work delivered to improve on what I've already done. The file to be checked and formatted will be provided in Microsoft Publisher, and the final file needs to be delivered in the same file format within one week of the project being awarded. A draft version is needed within 4 days of the project being awarded so that comments can be provided before it is finalized.
