Beautiful, Professional Image Design for Landing Page

Overview of why I need the design: I am in the process of building a physical snoball/coffee shop called "Sno-Fire", but things are getting so expensive (building materials, etc), that I am seeking donations from people to help finish the construction. I am seeking $5, $10, and $20 donations, and in return, I am going to email them vouchers for free snoballs and cotton candy to use once the building is completed and open. Design work needed: I already have a logo designed for my business, however, I want to create a landing page for this donation section. Basically, I am looking for a large jpg image (1920x1080) that will incorporate my current logo into a high-quality, professional design for the landing page. The image will take up the entire viewing area as a background, and I'm going to overlay my text/email box on top of the image. I would like the design to incorporate image(s) of snoballs, cotton candy, etc, and I was thinking maybe some kind of cool design that gets the idea across that the building is under construction, but that it has hit a monetary road block. Kind of like when you see a website that is "Under Construction", only in this case the building would be at a standstill because of lack of funds and needs support. I would also like to incorporate something into the design that I will also be doing a free giveaway that 1 lucky winner will win 50 free snoballs to redeem once the business is up and running. I will be accepting donations by Paypal, so if you want to incorporate that into the design, that would be fine. Just want an overall design that looks great and gets the point across that I'm looking for donations to help finish this business. I'm kind of thinking that I would like most of the design elements to be on the right half of the overall image, seeing as I'm going to overlay my text and email box on the left side of the image. I have an example image of what I mean about having the design elements on the right side. Of course, there can be something on the left side, I just don't want it to overpower the text I will have on the page. I have also attached a copy of my logo in different formats, so you can use it in the design. I only have about $50 for this project, so it will be hard to consider bids higher than that.
