Brochure design and content and banners for webdesign agency

I am a web agency, and I have 3 types of web design offers. I need a brochure with several pages, all in a very atractive design to catch eyes of new clients. I will give the brochure in every personal visit I will do them. My logo is needing some modifications to be more atractive before including in brochure. I need redesign my logo doing it more atractive. I have a txt with the 3 offers I want to include in brochure but Im needing some help in redacting content for every offer and put it in the brochure to capture client eyes and have better image and sales. Atractive design, atractive way to explain every offer with images and text all in armony for superb marketing is I need. Im open in suggestions for the expert about to include extra pages in my brochure like explaining what information a client has to give me for make a website for him in offer number1, number2 and number3. A suggestion to invent a impresive marketing name to offer1, 2 and 3. I know programming (coding websites) so you dont have to worry about it, only design the images and redacting texts in a marketing style, then I put every image and text in my template frontpage.
