Custom wordpress theme required(repost)

I require a wordpress theme to be created. we are updating the following site [[login to view URL]][1] which as you can tell is just static html pages to wordpress. I require a theme that still keeps the colour scheme and the arrows as these tie in with the colours of the venue and other branding. I was going to use the following theme but it is poorl constructed and you have to keep the authors details at the bottom. <[login to view URL]> The theme should have a top bar similar to what is on the current site using a jpeg background. A page menu across the top (starting from the left with a back image that dynamically size's to the menu width) A left sidebar menu which is widget ready A search box top right a footer that can be edited (i can write html and edit basic php) please provide a link to any previous template you have designed and if possible a screen shot of any designs for this one or a link to a working version online. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
