Android mobile game character/sprite/icon/effect's/etc artis

I am about to start a new personal project which I plan on releasing into the Android app store. I am creating a RPG like game with my own little twist onto it. So it is my own type of genre.

I'm looking for designers who have worked on Android games and fit the following:

1. Can create characters/icons/effect's/spell's/etc

2. Must have experience with Android games design (sprites, etc)

3. Communicates extremely well
