Convert .AI inner page design to pixel perfect .PSD

Hi, everyone! I need two quick things: 1) I am attaching an .ai file of the new design (inner [login to view URL]) that I need you to make into a pixel-perfect, photoshop design. So, all I have to do is give it to a developer to program. I've done already the homepage in PSD, and I'm attaching you the PSD so you won't have the need to begin from the ground up. 2)To the home page file (PSD) I've attached. Replace the 'Site-Blog-Forum' module to the new one on 'new [login to view URL]' In both cases, I need to show the various CSS effects look like and how they work. Basically everything needed to give to a developer to code. I've included all the notes, ideas and what the page should look like in RED text. I basically laid out the page myself in .ai. I need this to be ready in a LAYERED PHOTOSHOP FILE. If you have any questions about it please let me know. If you really read this information tell me how much is 4 x 4.
