Convert a Django site from BS2 to BS3 with Responsive Design

We have a website currently in BS2 and want to upgrade to BS3 and make the site fully responsive. Highly developed Skills in Python/Django, HTML and CSS is required.

Potential candidates will be given access to view the current site and structure.

You must know how yo use GIT.

Some dependencies may have to be modified to support BS3.

An NDA will be required to be signed.
