Create Set of Images

I am attaching an image of the United States. I want a very similar image created with the following changes: 1. Currently, the bright dots on the map are yellow and red. I want a new image created with some bright green dots created also. You can replace some of the existing yellow and red. It doesn't matter that much where they are. But have about as many as are currently there. 2. I want a set of 10 images created. These are the same US with yellow, red and green dots. But, in each image, the placement of the green, yellow, and red dots varies. It doesn't matter that much where they are. But have about as many as are currently there. They do not have to vary greatly but it should be noticeable. This is a pretty easy job. I will pay up to $10 for this. I need this done quickly.
