Customize Wordpress Theme

We want a 3 language multilanguage theme customized for our company. [login to view URL] We already have a page almost done, but it may need to start from scratch if actual theme cannot be made completely multilanguage. Section I. - Overview 1. The default language should be romanian. We need 6 buttons in the upper area: a) Home; b) About us; c) Career; d) Our brands; e) News; f) Contact us; 3. Subpages under b) About us; c) Career; d) Our brands; e) News; should contain buttons on the middle right area: g) Search; h) Categories; i) Recent posts; j) Visit the blog; k) Tags area; l) Contact details 4. All date information should be modified from 2013 or 2014 to 2015 (Copyright, Recent posts, etc) 5. Visit the blog button should link to e) News; button 6. We need the following sections and buttons in the BOTTOM area (visible ALWAYS): Logo area, Links area, Latest news area and Other links area: m) Our Values; n) Focus on the Market; o) Environment Protection; p) Corporate Responsibility; q) Latest News; r) PARTNER REGISTRATION; s) Privacy Policy; t) Consumer Protection Authority – ANPC; u) TERMS OF USE 7. Create the PARTNER REGISTRATION subpage and fields on every 3 languages (see picture 03) 8. We don't need the Welcome to Leadcom technologies! Go Now Section Section II. - SEO and anti-SPAM 1. You should do something with visible email addresses not to attract SPAM 2. The Career subpage should contain 5 subpages with actual jobs (as described in the career DOC). These subpages should be SEO friendly (different for each language): as. ex.: [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]íz-koordinátor. Section III. - Only if you want to correct existing site 1. Different icon problems on some browser (see picture 01) 2. Contact button content combines different languages and doesn't send any of the messages (see picture 02) 3. The 3 language signs in the top area are fallen down (see picture 04) 4. All text should be updated from the docs we’ll give you Section IV. - Project is considered finalized when every item is working on the site and is uploaded to our hosting.
