My regular price would be at least 2 times more than this but i kept it $125 because... - I want to add new, good references to my Freelancer profile (Like i have on my Elance profile: [login to view URL]). - I want to have good relationships nice people/clients like you. - I promised $125 as "PSD to landing page theme conversion" price on our chat. About time frame: It is up to your preference. A) If you don't want/need this page connected with existing Drupal installation and serve a separate, independent static HTML/CSS, yes it can be completed in a few hours. B) But if you want it to be a part of Drupal website and don't want to use Drupal's features when needed; it may take 1-2 days according to situation and specialities of existing website. Installing and configuring new module(s) and creating a separate theme can be required. It is not a simple PSD to HTML/CSS conversion.
