Build a Chi Kung website

I need someone to design and build a website for my Chi Kung retreats, training and classes. I require the following: - Full design of website and functionality of content - Wordpress integration with Blog section - E-commerce capabilities with shopping cart and login area for users to purchase my products and any affiliate products. - Mailing list integration with free video download implementation I need someone who is adept at HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, Wordpress and the Mailchimp, Google, Facebook and Twitter API's. My budget is small but this will be an ongoing project that will need to be maintained, and my budget will increase in the coming months as the site begins to bring traffic and revenue.
