Build a Web Application integrated with AWS Redshift DWH

I have a client who would like me to prepare for them an online performance management solution for their warehouse operations. Essentially, all the data about their warehouse staff performance is available in a redshift environment. I need to create a web application that allows them to view real time and historical department and individual performance in both tabled and graphically represented ways. The platform does not require a front end website at this time, instead, it would be hosted on their existing servers and would be accessed from their network only. The web app needs to be dynamic in that it is constantly refreshing from the DWH and it needs to be able to generate automatic reports on a daily basis. There will be several hardcoded logics built in to the platform, and it would also require several modifiable logic points that can be changed by the admin users. The main work of this project is taking database information, applying logic to display this information in calculated outputs. The database does not contain the performance information, instead, it has the raw data. The web app would be responsible for all calculations to present meaningful performance data to the client. Features required would be report generation on demand and scheduled, real time refreshing of data on screen automatically as well as on demand, the ability to change the graphical and charted displays by user. The system would require several users, which the client would need to be able to manage by creating and deleting users, as well as creating access profiles (view, read, write) for each of the features and functions. The admin would also need to be able to set up profiles that they can apply to all users outlining permissions, but they would need to be able to modify these permissions at a user level also.
