Need to create a website for a Real Estate Company. It will be close to a CRM system. Be able to handle document uploads. Example. Base site will be a normal website with property Listings, about us etc. 3 Users - Admin and Agents and Owners. Agent will login and be able to rent out properties. In this process, they will fill out a form and upload documents which is kept in the database. After all all form filling, a tenancy contract is produced which can be printed. Owners can login and see their property and details of the tenant living in it. Selling of a property is the same, agent logs in and then sells the property with price and document uploads. Lets chat to understand better. The site is a website and a crm put together. it will grow as time comes, with online payments etc.
