Thanks HR RECRUITMENT WEBSITE PROJECT SUMMARY: (Detailed information sheet is attached in .pdf) This is a simple HR website, where jobs will be posted and applicants can apply for the jobs. Applicants need to make an account. Once an applicant applies for a job, a separate job progressing page will be created for each job applied to where the applicant can see the progress of that particular job application. Admin would be able to perform one or all eight following actions. 1. Reject Application 2. Invite for online Test (Admin should be able to assign different test to each job listing) 3. Request to Submit References 4. Schedule Interview 5. Documents Submission 6. Verification of Documents 7. Formal Recommendation to Employer 8. Offer of Employment (Details of each step are provided in additional information page attached) Explanation; Chris Applies for an Admin Assistant job. Chris will create an account and apply for the job. Once he applies, a section titled “already applied jobs” will show. In this case, the job is “Admin Assistant”. Once he clicks on it, a ‘job application status’ page opens which says that the application has been submitted. Now admin can perform one of the above eight actions, or all of the actions (in order). If the admin decides to send Chris an employment test, a link will be posted on Chris's “job application status” page and Chris will receive notification that an action is required. Once Chris submits the test, a notification will be sent to the admin advising an action is required by the admin. The admin may assign any another task from the list above. This action will repeat for every job Chris has applied for. Admin panel should provide a detailed report of total new applications received. The admin should be able to see the number of applications which require further action by the applicant, and how many applications require further action by the admin. And a list of such applicants and applications. Website will have the following main navigation pages; ● Home Page, Current Jobs, Looking to Hire, FAQ, Contact US ● Website template will have large sliding photos (admin should be able to change photos) ● Admin should be able to add more pages to the website if so required
