Build a Website

We need to build a classified ads website that has the following criteria: 1. Support two languages (English and arabic). 2. Excellent & friendly interface for viewers and members, for both website view and mobile view. 3. Easy searching and browsing between ads, categories, subcategories, prices, and middle-east countries (and/or) cities (for example; Dubai, Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Kuwait, Hawalli....etc). 4. Posting ads for free, but only members can post ads, rate ads, comment on ads, share ads, and report ads (reports shall be sent automatically to e-mail). 5. Admins shall approve or deny ads before its published, automatic e-mail shall be sent in both cases. 6. Each member can have a profile that shows number of ads posted, ads posted, total number of likes for all posts, member rate of the user (not ads). 7. Signing-up can be connected to facebook or google, in any sign-up way automatic e-mail shall be sent to user to confirm their account. 8. 3rd Party ads bars (no pop-up ads). 9. Easy to use interface for admins plus training upon handover. -Website domain, hosting, email, and logo are available. -Two milestones; 20% upon the final demo and 80% upon handover. -Duration: 30 days. -extra 100 USD will be paid if the website is built professionally with true creativity and on time (not included in the milestones).
