Build a Website

Hi, I require a VERY simple web application to be made for me. I'd do it myself, but I've fallen well behind the times with the latest programming languages etc. The idea of this web application is a language translator. The user types in a text box an English word and hits a button labelled Translate and then the web app will query the MS SQL 2014 DB and return the foreign language, phonemic and comments in a box below (I've attached a quick mock-up so you can see what I mean) There are two components: 1. The MS SQL Database with one table with five columns and; 2. An ASP.NET (4.5.2 Framework / Visual Studio 2015) web app. From what I've read, an MVC ASP.NET app is best as it is most flexible when it comes to design and HTML5 etc. I could be wrong. I'll provide the database files and the mock up of the web app will be attached so I just need someone who knows their stuff to quickly whip up the page and connect the database so the web app translates the English words and returns the results from the database to the page. In the event that there is no match, obviously the web app would say "Unfortunately there is no match for " & "English word searched" &. As this is a very simple project for an ASP.NET developer and it's a simple one page web app that simply performs SELECT queries from the MS SQL DB, I don't expect that this would take more than half an hour to complete. At the end of the project, I do expect that the entire Microsoft Visual 2015 Project folder to be compressed and returned to me before sign-off so I have access to all source code should modifications need to be made to connection strings or additions added on in future. Finally, it's important that each line of code is explained in what its function is for. I know, this shouldn't go without saying as any good developer always writes in comments for their code, but I just want to mention it so if the code is reviewed, it is very easy to understand what a line does as the comment is next to it.
