Looking for someone to build a website for a 'player ranking system'. It must have the following functions 1. It allows new member to sign up & log in. 2. A ranking list (e.g. who is the top 1,2 and so on). 3. Ranking record is automatically updated (e.g. the system will track down how many times of win/loss of each player and automatically transfer points from loser to the winner. 4. I can easily set restrictions and manage the ranking without much IT knowledge.
