Build a Website and social platform - Wordpress

We need a custom wordpress website with Rainmaker integration. We want to make a website with content on the business- apartment complex (building, information about the amenities and description of the staff. Additionally, we want to do a private social site, where there is a calendar of events, forums, bulletin board, blogs, membership page, front desk services,chatroom, like if bell service is available, or the concierge can make a reservation. We want the website built on Wordpress. For the social platform aspect we've heard Rainmaker ([login to view URL]) is great and works great with Wordpress. The website has to be built on Wordpress and for the social aspect it can Rainmaker or Wordpress. The bid is for the entire project, from design & development to installation and bug fixes etc. We are open to any suggestions regarding building it with rainmaker or not. The website will of course have to be responsive and have a very modern design. The social aspects of the website are very custom so we need someone with extensive experience.
