Build a Website with existing codes

My current website ([login to view URL]) is currently on wordpress. I need it to be built on PHP with additional features. The last programmer managed to built it incompletely on php ([login to view URL]) and has sent me the codes. I would need someone to continue on where he left off. Below is the full list of what I want on the PLABABLE website ([login to view URL]). You can see attached photos in link for a better understanding of a question bank. The exact copy of the site [login to view URL] (which is my website) but in PHP. Explanations should appear after giving the answer. Similar to what it is like now on [login to view URL] Questions need to be put in categories Users should be given the option to pick which category to perform questions. Users must also be able to have an option of doing questions randomly without being put in categories If user is to log in, their questions which they have done before should be saved. Once user answers correctly, there should be a green tick at the side of the answer. If user answers incorrectly, there should be a red cross at the side of the answer. An average score of each question should be shown on the right top corner once the user answers the question. See link photo for a better understanding. Discussion box should appear after answering each question. This discussion box is where users can see other peoples comments (on the questions) and comment as well. The newest comments should be at the bottom. A time stamp needs to be present as well. Users comment using their actual names that they use for registration and should NOT have the ability to do it anonymously. Have an option to “Turn on notifications for this questions” (this way they can monitor their questions on that discussion of that specific question) Ensure only one person can log in at a time using one email address Ability to search for questions using key words and also question codes Ability to have timed test (in random order without categories) ( 200 questions in 3 hours) (in the timed test, the answers for the questions should only show up after having done the 200 questions). Ability to see how many questions have not been done in certain categories. Stripe integrated. Only users who pay the membership fee can access the questions for 3 months. Automated emails should be sent to confirm membership for 3 months. Move this plab values in questions to the right side below review questions (see [login to view URL]) Ability to paste questions and answers from google docs directly into the website without losing it’s font/bold/italic/colours. Ability to skip question (without having them being marked wrong) Mobile friendly like it currently is on [login to view URL] Easy access for admins to see emails of users and to be able to email all users if needed to. Ability for admins to add JPEGs and tables to questions and answers Codes need to be commented Admin should be able to randomise questions when inserting them into the webpage. When a user answers a question correctly, the question boxes on the right of the page should turn green. If it was marked wrongly, it should be red. These colours should remain even when doing the next question and following questions. Remove the review button in the current [login to view URL] Easy access for admins to change content of pages 800 gbp for the job upon completion. Non negotiable. We need it done in 15 working days and need updates every day. A non disclosure form needs to be signed.
