Build a website

Hi I would do this in HTML Responsive, i can get a template with te same look and convert it, this way it will have a 100% on W3C rating and is best for SEO. Some background information: Over the past 20 years, I have designed and completed over 2000 websites of all types. I can get any keyword or phrase to the top of google and the other search engines provided the site is right. I work Freelance direct with website owners, completing work myself and offering advice to the site owner. My core skills are HTML and how it relates to SEO, Photoshop design and managing website projects to completion.
