Build 4 websites and design a catalog, plus monthly maintenance

hi. we are sad that the designer of our company left for a new job and we are looking for someone new. we need someone good in web design and seo. some work will be paid per project (like building sites) but we are looking for some one to design 3-8 small items a month for a flat price. (flyers, newsletters,logos ect.) so right now we need to build 4 websites for our products. very basic content, but has to look very good. the websites will have a home page, a products page, (10-20 products) and contact page. they don't need to be e-commerce since it will link to our existing e-commerce site. here you can see what level of design we need: [login to view URL] we also need you to design our new full product catalog, (about 60 products) we will provide you with the content and pictures, it just needs to be designed to look good. for the projects listed above we will pay $1000 total. and we expect to have it delivered in 30 days from start. next we need you to do monthly design of 2 newsletters we send our customers here is a sample: [login to view URL] so as i said, you need to design 2 of these a month (we of course will provide you with the info) and design 1 blog post. plus little things that we need (logos, flyers ect.) but not more then 2 a month. we are looking to pay for this $50 a month. let me know what you think.
