CSGOSkinDojo - Betting site!

Hi, as you may be aware, CSGO betting sites are starting to kick off. CSGO is a game that has in game items called skins which have values of $0.03 to $25,000 so it is a big industry. CSGO, as a game, is forever growing and gaining more betters. I want to create a website that is similar to those like [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc. The principle is as follows: - A user deposits their skins and the game works out how much their skins are worth - This user then gets given a certain amount of tickets (depending on how much their items are worth) - Other people put in skins and the same happens - After a certain amount of items have been placed (let's say 60) or the timer (2 minutes) runs out, the game then presents a random winner - Obviously, the more tickets someone has, the better chance they have of winning - I want the program to be able to show the users tickets go by as a winner is picked and I also want each person to be able to see their win percentage - To get a good idea, you can watch the websites that I have listed, lots of jackpots happen - I have done a logo and some other graphics and have partnerships in process with other CSGO sites, all I need is for the site to work - I also need someone with a knowledge of making working, automated Steam bots to trade items back and forwards to players If you are interested to get on board on this great project or have any further questions, please contact me.
