Continuation of Website UI development

This project is for the continuation from a recent previous website developer on the UI of a website under development. A recent developer started the work and put together the base UI which is based upon my direction and development documentation, but unfortunately has been unable to complete the job tasks due unrelated outside events and I now need to locate a competent and trustworthy website UI developer to complete the job on schedule. The website is a type of product comparison site that uses a number of different JQuery script integrations, Javascript components along with some CSS formatting and a bit of HTML and image collections to bring it all together and support the desired functionality of the site. As the base website UI (User Interface) has already been laid out and is functioning, the remaining tasks are to make some modifications to the Javascript as well as to integrate and add in a couple more Javascript modules, JQuery module integrations, as well as formatting the CSS/HTML to get colors correct and to preserve the responsiveness across web devices and browsers. The data for the site is currently hard-coded and will remain this way, for this Alpha site version but the basic functionality for the UI can/should still be demonstrable since following the completion of the UI integration and development job, I will have a backend developer working on the database integration. Your deliverable will be the completion of the website UI interface resulting in a professional looking and functioning UI. This will be a FIXED fee project not to exceed $145 (no exceptions) and the completion time not to exceed 7 days while also being able to give me daily updates on the progress. Additionally, you MUST be an expert in the web development areas mentioned above and you MUST be the actual developer who is going to do the work directly as I will not work through any type of broker or contractor that farms out or sub-contracts the work. (This is a strict requirement) Should you be successful in completing the remaining work for this UI development then there may be more work to follow in the near future as this is an Alpha version of the website that will go through a review for suggested modifications and enhancements on its way to Beta and which will probably warrant a number of modifications prior to taking the project live for public use.
