I have a website that I need to create two order forms from MS Word examples and turn them into proper forms people can fill out online. - The forms will have their contents emailed to a recipient (no database integration will be required) - The forms need to function in a wordpress backend - There may be some minor JScript work so only certain parts of the form are displayed depending on the options the user has selected - Form needs to be cross-browser compatible with all current major browsers - The two forms are very similar to each other, so once you've created the first one, the second should only require some minor revisions. - I will require a swift turnaround time on these forms.
