Design a T-Shirt

I need a graphic artist to make minor changes to the attached image so that it will look good screen-printed on the front of a light blue T-shirt. I envision that the illustration will be traced, with very minor cleanups, and that some additional areas will be filled (specifically at least the unicorn would be all white, perhaps other features would be filled also such as the skin, sword, moon. the unicorn's horn needs to standout a bit more). And then I think it needs a background or a border to pull the image together. Keep the look of magic marker and pen strokes, ie, 'hand drawn', and do not add additional colors (ie, should remain red, yellow, blue, white, black) Add a footnote (along the bottom of the mountain?) that says "Design by Kjell". Goal is to make the image look better on a T-shirt, without any significant modification to the artist's original quick sketch (he died, and we want to make these t-shirts as a tribute to him, and we want them to look good. ie, make it print better, without changing it much!). Image also needs to be rotated 90 degrees.
