Looking for a freelancer who can design or customize a theme to be used in a job advertising site running on word press. It should also be possible to integrate google adsense adverts on the pages in the site. The theme should allow job seeker to post their Cv & cover letter, subscribe to job email alerts. The theme should also allow employers to login and post vacancies but which will only go live after review by a site administrator. Any word press theme that can be recommended and customized to achieve this objectives is appreciated.
