Hi Sandrine, If you have a website that you like or inspired you, please feel free to provide. I'd like to understand your vision regarding design and functions. So, I suggest you hold a series of meetings on the results of which amounted to a document describing the essence of the project, necessary functions, wires of screens. This will allow us to understand the volume of the project and will provide an opportunity to break it into stages and properly assess the budget. Next comes the phased development, at the end of each stage we get a working version of the site, each stage adds new functionality.
