Design a landing page

ONLY design - Coding the page to html is not needed at this stage. We need a landing page for our main product "QualiBreath" ([login to view URL]) and this will serve as landing for external links, emails, advertisements via Adwords & social media. Main objective: Convert professionals in the field (Surgeons, nurses etc) to use our product (via filling the form to trial our product and follow through with it) Secondary objective (if possible): Convert private patients to buy QualiBreath via our store. Here are some points to consider: - Most visitors will not have seen the product before so the product should be explained in full. - We will provide product images and you will create the content text for the landing page using the attached brochures and posters as reference - Visitors will also be professionals in the medical field (surgeons, nurses etc.) - However, the landing page needs to be Patient friendly (we have an online shop where patients buy directly) - There needs to be space for an explainer video on the landing page (video is being developed) - There needs to be space for a contact form to get more information (name, last name, email, free text field and optional indication of profession) - There needs to be buttons to "buy now" that will eventually link to the shop page - Needs a section dedicated to hospitals who can "trial QualiBreath for free" via a contact form - We have a number of testimonials that should have their space on the landing page (2-3 testimonials of about 150 words each that may be trimmed down) - Overall looks and color should relate to our current website and or product - We might consider purchasing new stock images if needed on the landing page so one can use examples for this. Coding the page to html is not needed at this stage. The final design must be delivered as open file in Adobe Illustrator or similar vector file readable by Illustrator.
