I am looking for somebody to help with some explained videos using 2D character animation. Ideally I want to find somebody with experience in animation and creating similar videos so I can look at previous projects before moving forwards. The videos will be approximately 60-90 seconds long and illustrate various legal services using a cartoon family in different situations. I am looking to organise just one video to begin with, the first 'explainer video' will be to explain how property trusts can help a client, a rough example script is below: 1. Property Protective Trust Trusts are widely used by clients to protect assets. In particular property trusts are commonly used by clients to make sure their home passes to their child or children, no matter what the future holds. To illustrate why assets may not pass to a children, even under a carefully drafted will, take the following example: Mr & Mrs Jones have made mirrored wills leaving everything to each other & then to their son David. Mr Jones passes away unexpectedly. The entire estate passes from Mr Jones to Mrs Jones under their will. Mrs Jones lives for another 30 years. During this time she meets Mr Smith. She marries Mr Smith. When she passes away the entire Jones estate passes to Mr Smith. When Mr Smith passes away, Mr Smiths son Jack inherits everything under Mr Smiths will. In the example Mrs Jones gets remarried, however the outcome might have been similar even if she had simply been living with Mr Smith. There are other things that may have happened during Mrs Jones remaining years that would have meant David could have lost out. Mrs Jone should have gone into a care home for example, she may have changed her will or had financial difficulties. All of these things mean David may have lost out. In contrast, had Mr & Mrs Jones organised protective property trusts when they made their will, the outcome would have been very different: First the ownership of the Jones family home would have been changed to a tenancy in common where both Mr Jones and Mrs Jone own half each, this is different to a joint tenancy where the property defaults to the surviving joint owner. When Mr Jones passed away his share of the property would have been been placed in a protective trust. Mrs Jones would own her half and have the 'benefit' of Mr Jones' half. No matter what happens after Mrs Jones death, David will inherit her share of the family home.
