CS:GO Gambling Site

Hello, Me and my partner are looking for a developer or a team to make our project. Our site will be a CS:GO Gambling Site so we'll prefer if you have a-lot of experience within that area. The site will work in the following way: !VIRTUAL CURRENCY! Our site will have it's own currency identical to the CS:GO market. For an example, if you have an item worth $47.00 on the market it'll be worth 47.00 of our own currency. !ROULETTE! Our site will have a simple roulette system based of the three following colors: Green, Red & Black. The user will select the amount he or she wants to gamble on a color, if it hits green it's 10x the amount they originally placed on but if it's black or red its 2x the amount. If you place your bet on wrong color, you get 0. !COINFLIP! The user will create a 'Duel' where you can challenge other users using the virtual currency. It has to be fifty-fifty between the users, so if I create a duel worth of 55.00 currency, the one challenging me has to put up 55.00 as-well. The winner takes it all. !WITHDRAW ABILITY! The user will also have an ability to load our bot's inventory and select a skin of his/her choosing to withdraw (if they have enough balance obviously). This process has to be automated. !DEPOSIT ABILITY! To get these virtual coins they have to deposit items, do this we'll need trade bot(s) doing this automatically. So, I deposit an item worth 101.54 I get credited with 101.54 of our virtual currency.
