clone of functional element on page

Hi mlmedia. I have great experience with HTML5 / PHP / CSS /JAVASCRIPT / AJAX, but i also know C / C++ / C# / Java / Python. I worked with most CMS including Wordpress / Drupal / Joomla / Php Nuke / Php Fusion. I also deliver very fast and i don't charge very much (Freelancer website takes 10% on each bid :( ). I used in one of my projects something like this ( i don't have it anymore..but i am sure that i could rewrite the code ). In that project i used a js library for generating the pallette but think i can do it manualy if you want.

Hi, the image is composed of 3 parts, the top and bottom pngs have some transparent areas. The color changers are changing the background color and opacity of the images. I can do this very easily and make it look just as good (as long as the image(s) you have are ok for this sort of thing). I bid quite low as I think that's about right for this quick work. As always, I am diligent, thorough and won't let you down. I always welcome long term relationships too, whereby I can help when needed in the future.
