chrome extension

Hello everyone, I'd like to develop a chrome extension. Here are some basic requirements. Please note: You will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement, non-compete and work ownership transfer. If you are not comfortable with this please do not bid. -The extension is to handle bookmarks in a sidebar inside chrome. -The best example is the firefox bookmark sidebar. -PLease look at that and bid on duplicating that inside chrome. -It should behave like the FF sidebar where it pushes the html page currently being viewed to the right. If this is not possible due to chrome restrictions then we can use a floating window. This floating window must stay open while user is surfing, clicking on bookmarks, etc. -Dragging from the url icon from the browser's url field to the bookmarks sidebar must be supported. When dragging the tree structure should react by opening an closing folder/tree structures -This extension must be compatible with other extensions such as Xmarks which synchronizes. To my knowledge there is no special coding required for this. Our sidebar extension simply uses the normal chrome bookmark list which is the same list used by something like Xmarks. Fast and bug free performance is required. Your extension will be tested thoroughly. Please anticipate this in your bid. At least one major version backward compatibility should be included. This might be flexible depending on what we find in terms of what changed in the latest versions. You should have prior experience developing chrome extensions but it is not completely required. The best bidders will include some information as to what it takes to actually dev a chrome extensions. The extension will be available for purchase on the chrome store.
