Creation of web portal to track cars fitted with GPS on google maps.

I need to create a web portal to track the fleet of cabs for my Taxi business. The portal will take feed/signal from the SIM based GPS devices installed in the cabs and give a real time information on the Google maps as to where the car is located. 1. Portal hosted on my server with a separate access through user id and password 2. Ability to change the password and retrieve the password if forgotten 3. Multiple user id and password. Super user id and password should allow access to the portal from anywhere and regular user id and password should allow access only through a specific IP (company's IP) 4. Four Tabs in the portal 5. First tab which can be called 'Add a Cab' should open a form with following fields - Cab Name - Cab No. - Driver Name - Driver Mobile No. - Any other information that would be needed to enable the display of the cab on the portal like Meter SIM No. etc Once the information is filled and saved, the cab should start getting tracked in the Portal 6. Second Tab which can be called 'Map Tracking' shows all the cars with Green or Red color depending upon if the car is Hired or Free. User should be able to zoom in and out of the map 7. Third tab which can be called 'Proximity tracking' should have the ability to search a cab within a range of KMs from a particular area. The search result should show the following parameters: - Cab Name - Cab No. - Driver Name - Driver Mobile No. - Exact Distance from the searched address - Hired or Free - Idle time 8. Fourth tab which can be called List View should show the list of all the cabs with the following information - Cab Name - Cab No. - Driver Name - Driver Mobile No. - Total distance traveled - Metered Distance traveled - Non metered Distance traveled - Fare Collected Should be able to accumulate all this information from 30 mins upto 31 days
