I over saw six states and the counties within. My position consisted of computerized data entry, tagging filings, calling jurisdictions to check status on a filing the company had sent to them. I would enter in filing numbers and dates when a filing is recorded at the correct jurisdiction. If there is a problem with a filing not following the stat's guidelines then that jurisdiction would call me and I would then resolve the problem. Trained all new employees in my department.
