AdSense Website Generating a Minimum of $30 Per Day

I am looking for a website to be created that will earn at least $30 per day through Google AdSense. The winning bidder is responsible for choosing the niche, domain, and hosting for the site but I will work with the winning bidder and discuss ideas through this process. The following are a list of expectations that you will need to meet in order to complete this project. - Develop website using wordpress - Make website look very professional and not generic - Write unique SEO optimized content for the site - Fully configure the site using SEO plugins or anything else you need - Contain at least 30 unique seo articles and have at least 10 more ready to be uploaded - Must follow all rules to comply with Google AdSense - Assign all copyrights to me - All traffic must be real and not sent over from any bots or free/paid traffic generating services - Site must consistantly generate $30+ per day The completed website should be consistantly generating at least $30 per day. I will also need to have ownership of the domain, website, and all other accounts and content associated with the website. The website should be made so that once in my possession, I will be able to update and add content to it quickly and easily. The final project should also include basic step by step instructions on what you did, and information on everything I need to know to keep the website updated and to continue to increase traffic on the site. A milestone should be requested only for the cost of the domain, hosting of the website, and any other small fees associated with the creation. The full payment will be sent two weeks after the project is completed to ensure that the website is earning the required amount on a consistant basis.
