About the Job Advertising Sales Manager [login to view URL] is seeking an experienced, innovative, high-energy professional to lead our advertising sales team. This position is responsible for the generation of all advertising revenue through direction and daily leadership of the online sales team. The Sales Manager must be a strong, enthusiastic leader and have the ability to build and motivate their team, and must be experienced in implementing new and successful sales strategies. Online advertising sales experience a plus. Excellent time management, organization skills and the ability to effectively communicate with the staff, other department heads and the community are essential. Additional responsibilities include meeting monthly revenue targets, controlling expenses, goal setting, projecting anticipated revenue, training and motivating the staff. A desire to be involved in community functions is also a must. We are looking for a manager who can provide an atmosphere of teamwork that is both fun and results driven. Must have at least 5 years exrience in Online Advertising. Contacts with small local businesses will be a plus. Urbanitemall is a deal on demand website to be luanched in October.
