A brief bit about myself: I currently manage a $750k media budget for a leader in the teacher supplies industry. Typically, I see a ROAS (ROI) of no less than 1000% in any month, usually over 1800% during our peak season.
Anyway, I can definitely help you out. My approach to PPC varies largely based on budget and the goals of my client, but for this project I would take a very lean approach to PPC and focus on maximizing ROI - effectively giving you the most bang for your buck.
I can't say for sure how I would go about this since I don't know anything about your current campaigns or your website, but most likely I would focus on optimizing match types, ad scheduling, ad copy (w/ a/b testing), and more.
I suspect that your current conversion rate issue is a symptom of two things: 1) you only had 80 visits, generally it is impossible to accurately gauge the performance of a campaign when there are <100 clicks. 2) I suspect that the landing page could be improved in order to attract conversions (I can help you with this as well).
